What is an Incomplete Order?

An Incomplete Order can mean one of two things; someone has created an account online and simply looked at the designs on offer but has not proceeded with an order. OR they the have created their account, placed an item in their cart but have not confirmed their order or made payment online.
Any Incomplete Orders will NOT be manufactured.
If you have someone in the Incomplete Orders tab that has made payment to your school / organisation you can move their order. Please see the below article for assistance on that.
