How do I move an order from Incomplete to Complete?

Someone with an Incomplete Order has now made payment, how do I move them to Complete?

Log in using your manager login then click on the Incomplete Orders tab, found at the top of the screen. When the order details have loaded search for the relevant name, once found you will see in the Status column there is a button called Confirm Now, click on this and their order will be moved to the Confirmed Orders Tab. You will need to refresh the screen to view them.
This can only be done with orders that have been placed in the individuals cart, you will know this as you will be able to see their size and nickname. If they have simply logged into your customer portal only you won’t have access to this feature.
