What does 'your order is now closed' mean?

When I log on it says 'Your order is now closed' - can I still place an order?

If you see this message when you log into your account it means the order close date has passed and the order manager is now reviewing the order details before submitting them to us. You may speak to your order manager to see if they will allow any orders to be added - if so they will need to place the order on your behalf or extend the order close date.
If your groups order has already been submitted to Reform we are not able to add to this order. Please discuss with your order manager if there maybe others who have missed out as they may fit the criteria to place another order.
